This is very simply and quick. I bought some trout filets sprinkled with a little lemon pepper and put them on the grill at about 500 degrees.
Cooked them about 3 minutes per side and they were quite a hit.
Here they are on the Akorn before the first flip. Sorry I did not get a picture of the finished product but they were awesome.
Thinking about doing them low and slow next time on some cedar planks.
