John (sorry, got it wrong the first time) how about having a separate thread for pizza in the recipe section. It looks like lots of folks use their Kamado's for cooking pizza yet I do not see very many recipes or discussion maybe because pizza is lumped in with "other".
IMHO pizza is all about the bread and I have not found the perfect recipe yet. I also struggle with the pizza peel thing and transfering the pizza to the stone. I'd like to see more discussion.
